La Casa dei Fiori is a detached farmhouse situated in a small village in the Ligurian countryside and is the ideal place for those who love nature and quietness and want to spend a relaxing stay. The 120 m² property consists of a large and bright living room with a sofa bed and an extendable table, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as a TV. The private outdoor area includes a terrace with table and chairs to eat outside and a garden with deckchairs to relax, all with a wide and beautiful view of the valley. A barbecue is also available for the guests. Furthermore, guests are free to use the swimming pool at the homeowner's property Mansarda Albero Verde con Piscina, located 2km away, between May and September - parking is available on site. Free parking is available on the street and in a garage. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls. Heating has an additional cost to be paid to the owner. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. Ski storage is available. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. Fan and sun umbrellas are available upon request. The homeowners produce non-certified organic seasonal fruits and vegetables that they offer to guests.
