Located in the typical Tuscan countryside, 5 minutes from the historic center of Sansepolcro. Casa del Contadino is surrounded by a large garden where you can relax with your family, fields cultivated by our farm and offers: free parking spaces and tables with chairs outside where you can eat. The farmhouse consists of 3 independent apartments. Each house has a living room with or without fireplace, sofa and table made of fine wood, a fully equipped kitchen, from one to three bedrooms, one or more bathrooms with shower and bidet.

Historic center of Sansepolcro reachable in 5 minutes by car or 25 on foot. It is located near a water park with slides, an Olympic-size swimming pool with trampolines and Padel courts. Anghiari, one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy, is only 9 km away, the nearest airports are Perugia (68km) and Florence (126 km).
