Since 2010, I run several apartments in La Spezia, in Cinque Terre and Lerici . The territory is not easy: Liguria is very beautiful for its nature and history, but not easy to live because of the mountains arriving steep to the sea, and our villages full of steps, and there is never space for parking cars!

Our FREE PRIVATE PARKING is at 600 meters FROM APARTMENT, just at the limit of the NO CAR TRAFFIC ZONE. All parking spots around the pedestrian centre are hourly rate for payment, or strictly reserved to residents.Train station is 15' walk from apartment, ferry boat at 5' walk. You park on arrival and then you do need to use anymore the car until departure. ONLINE CHECK-IN within 72 h before arrival is mandatory, in order to send ID documents and receive detailed infos about Check In. One person of our Staff will meet you at the apartment for ID documents check.

Neighborhood info

The pedestrian area is very easy to shops, reasturants, daily food markets, and night life, mainly in the week ends. La Spezia city is a pivot point for many daily excursions, where the easiest way is to go around is to use train, bus and ferry boats.
