Hi everybody! I’m Massimo, a friendly, cheerful and informal guy. RELAXATION and HOSPITALITY are my motto. When my guests stay at my house, they have to feel comfortable, as if they were at home. I’m happy when my guests are happy to be in my B&B. Bye! Massimo.

HELLO, My house is welcoming, very bright and clean. I have 4 rooms with private bathrooms and 3 of them have big balconies with lake and mountain views. The building isn’t near a congested street, so it is faraway from dangers. Moreover it is close to the railroad station, which is a convenient means of transport to reach Varenna, Lecco and many others wonderful places. Besides, a wide garden assures pleasant afternoons or evenings outdoor without having necessarily to go out. VERY IMPORTANT: if you want an alternative structure: adjacent I have a HOLIDAY HOME....... "Casa della musica apartment lake view" which you can always find by searching on booking

Neighborhood info

For those who love the lake, for those who like hill walking or mountain hiking, the area where I live is the ideal choice: there are lakeside towns where you can discover our beautiful lake or even wonderful landscapes which can be admired from the adjacent hills and mountains. Then Mandello del Lario is an unavoidable stop for those who are motorcycle enthusiasts because it is home to the famous Moto Guzzi factory. Varenna (7 minutes away by car) and Bellagio (20 minutes away) make a beautiful setting. At a distance of 25 km you can find Colico (intersection for Valtellina), Valchiavenna (way to Swiss) and the opposite side of the lake (Lugano). In short, they are places to visit and discover in person!
