This historic home has been completely renovated with high-quality materials and finishes. Comfortable, new furnishings are included. Very centrally located, just steps from the town center, within easy walking distance of all shops. The historic center is 400 meters away, easily accessible on foot or by car. Very quiet neighborhood.

CASA DELLA NONNA is located in Montalbano Jonico, a charming hilltop village in Basilicata, nestled behind the Lucanian Apennines and facing the stunning Ionian Sea. It's an excellent base for visiting Matera, Craco, Pisticci, Calabria, and Puglia. Its lunar landscape is characterised by the presence of the CALANCHI, which make it unique and fascinating. Very centrally located, just steps from the town center, within easy walking distance of all shops. The historic center is 400 meters away, easily accessible on foot or by car.
