Courtesy and simplicity are AT HOME in the Sala Spada B&B ! Situated in a quiet residential area backed by the Monferrina hill, five minutes walk from Piazza Castello, in which you can visit the Castle of the Paleologi, the beautiful 18th-century church of Santa Caterina and the Municipal Theatre and Mercato Pavia (originally the local cattle market), where there is a monthly antique market and other different events during the year. The interesting historical centre of Casale Monferrato is little more than a 100 metres away. The Sala Spada B&B offers simple but comfortable accommodation, free Wi-Fi, 43" Smart TVs, private bathroom, kettle and cups to prepare hot drinks whenever required, private balcony. Buffet breakfast is served in the kitchen diner and includes a good assortment of sweet and savoury food. We also cater for celiacs and gluten-free products on request. We have a small courtyard, two garages as optional to the nearby free parking. We speak fluent Italian and English.
