Property information

Casa di Ivana is a beautiful villa a few km from the sea and from Palermo Airport. The recently built Villa is fully furnished and has all the comforts and services necessary to guarantee a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The Villa can accommodate 10 people and there is also an elevator (in addition to the stairs) to reach the first and second floors where the rooms are located. The Villa consists, on the ground floor, of a large living room with double sofa bed, kitchen complete with everything needed for cooking, outdoor area overlooking the garden, large bathroom with shower. On the first floor, which can be accessed both via the stairs and with the internal lift, we have two large bedrooms with double beds, two bedrooms with single beds, a terrace, a balcony and a large bathroom with a very comfortable shower. On the second floor there is the third double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The exterior is composed of a garden with olive trees and other plants. All rooms in the Villa are equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is fully furnished with every necessary utensil (refrigerator, cutlery, plates and glasses, pots and pans, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee machine with capsules and traditional coffee machine, coffee cups and breakfast cups). The furnishings include linens and towels. Outside there is a large garden furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers. The villa also has unlimited and free wi-fi internet, washing machine and private parking. THE VILLA IS EQUIPPED WITH A CHARGING STATION FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLES

Neighbourhood information

A few minutes from the Villa there are various commercial activities (Bar, Bakery, Shopping Center with Supermarket, Petrol Station and Tobacconist). In just a few minutes it is possible to reach the beaches of Capaci and Mondello. About 1.5 KM from the Villa there is the CARINI TORRE CIACHEA railway station with which it is possible to reach both the airport and the historic center of Palermo. The trains run at intervals of approximately 40/45 minutes. More information and timetables on the TRENITALIA website. A greater frequency of train passage is possible at the Carini station which is about 5.5 km away. Trains run at this station at approximately 20 minute intervals. It is also possible to use the urban bus service, to/from Carini, via the A2 - A3 - A4 and B lines which stop at the Poseidon Shopping Center (a few meters away from the Villa).
