Room is located in a strategic and quiet area.Closeby you can easily find a supermarket, a drug store, cafès, a laundry, a bank with ATM,beauty and sports centre and free parking for your car.. You can reach the shore crossing a pinewood by bike or by walking (2 km), otherwise you can drive your car to the beach. Room with private bathroom and private entrance and we can do a small breakfast. Please note that at your arrival we kindly ask you to pay per person per night for the city tax.
house is located in a quiet area nearby there are various shops, supermarket, bank, bar, laundry and bank and post office. Nearby is the pine forest for those who enjoy walking or running. The beach is about 3 km away and can be reached by crossing the pine forest or by car using the normal communication routes. I offer the room, recently renovated, with private bathroom, air conditioning and private entrance all on the ground floor. By municipal regulation, guests will be required to pay the tourist tax on arrival per person per day. Smoking is prohibited inside the room. There is the possibility for breakfast with a coffee machine available water kettle and sweets
