60 sqm apartment on the second and last floor in a building of 8 units, very bright with 2 french doors and two small balconies in the living room and bedroom. Large bathroom with shower and washing machine, large bedroom, living-kitchen with "click-clack" sofa bed. Parking space in the condominium courtyard. In this period we take great care to clean and sanitize carefully and moreover the house will be sanitized with the use of Ozone O3. At 100 mt. Sports center with tennis courts, soccer, volley ... pizzeria. In Canzo you can find everything you need at walking distance, pharmacy, shops of all kinds, bars, pastry shops, restaurants, pizzerias, newsagents, hairdressers and beauticians for every need, bike rental etc.
Hi, I'm Sofia. I work in a health facility and with my husband Oscar we decided to make our Canzo's apartment available to guests. I'm not from this region, but since I went here by chance or falling in love, more than 30 years ago, I did not leave it anymore and now I seem to have been born there. Come and visit this region and you will be fascinated too.
For lovers of trekking a few meters from the apartment there are 7 different paths for itineraries of varying difficulty and duration, from less than an hour to 5 hours walk. In less than 10 minutes you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches of the eastern branch of Lake Como (for those who do not like to move we also have Lake Segrino in the municipality of Canzo). Como is reachable within 15 minutes by car ... and then Lugano, Bellinzona, Locarno in nearby Switzerland. Lecco also reachable in 15 minutes by car: Manzonian places. Bellagio, the pearl of Lake Como is 20 minutes away. We are 50 KM from Milan, easily reached by train. Perfect to enjoy the great variety of interesting things that Milan offers. For winter sports lovers Ski area Piani di Bobbio at 45 minutes, Ski area Chiesa in Valmalenco 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cross-country skiing at Pian del Tivano, 20 minutes.
