Strategically located within walking distance of the Gemelli and San Filippo Neri hospitals, it allows easy access to the center of Rome thanks to convenient bus connections and the direct train to St. Peter's. The apartment offers an eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a spacious bathroom, all enhanced by a large private garden. A corner of peace and comfort in the heart of Rome!
The ground-floor apartment is located within a building, nestled in a private and quiet condominium area. The apartment has independent heating and a double air conditioning system. Perfect for those seeking comfort and functionality, the apartment offers: - A large bathroom, equipped with a spacious shower, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine. - A spacious master bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed. - A cozy second bedroom with a single bed. - A living room, furnished with a table, double sofa bed and TV. - An eat-in kitchen, complete with dining table and dishwasher. - A magnificent paved garden on two levels, ideal for relaxing moments in the open air, enhanced by a bright reading room perfect for taking a break with a good book and a cup of tea.
