75 square meter summer house located just steps from the beach. It consists of 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests. The house features one bathroom, two showers (one of which is outdoors), a storage room (including a washing machine), and two terraces. There are tables both inside the house and on the terraces, providing the opportunity to choose where to dine for a cooler experience. The rental price includes the use of one umbrella and two sunbeds at the 'Lupetta' beach establishment and a covered parking space
