Elegant, bright, and romantic apartment with exclusive lake views and a private balcony, located in the historic center of Varenna, on a picturesque pedestrian street. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is perfect for couples, families, or small groups of friends.
Dream Location: Just 100m from the main square, 1 minute from the beach, 2 minutes from Villa Monastero, surrounded by typical restaurants and cafes. You can enjoy a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, despite being in the beating heart of Varenna.
LIVING ROOM
Extremely bright living area with large windows, comfortable sofas, a coffee table for relaxing breakfasts overlooking the lake, smart TV, and air conditioning. Furnished in classic Italian style with details that evoke Varenna's typical and timeless atmosphere.
KITCHEN
The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, a large hob, refrigerator, and a table for 4 people. You'll find a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and all basic condiments for your preparations.
