The apartment, newly renovated and furnished, is a three-bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen, open space living room, two bathrooms, terrace, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, WiFi, TV and garage on request. It is located in a small and quiet building surrounded by a garden and it is located in the "centro studi" area, close to schools, highway and hospital. The city centre is easily reachable either by foot or with public transportation. Nearby you will find: a shopping center, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, bars, bus, laundromat and much more.
We hope you are at your best in Casa Felicita and we will do everything possible to make you feel at home. Our happiness as host is fulfilled as soon as we get to know that the guests are loving the place and they find it great for them. We love hospitality because it gives us the opportunity to create the best experience for the guests and we like the reward that an happy guest is giving us
The neighbourhood is called 'Centro studi' because Udine's main educational institutions are located nearby. It is a very well served district, close to the hospital, 5 minutes from the scientific hub of the University of Udine, 15 minutes from the city centre and well connected to the motorway
