Casa Galletta is an Award Winning Holiday Rental House - 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 8 Enjoy a relaxing holiday on the Island of Stromboli in a lovingly restored and beautiful traditional Italian family home. Casa Galletta is a well-kept sanitised villa and can sleep up to eight people in three rooms over two levels with an outdoor alfresco dining area, two bathrooms with a large secure yard for children. WiFi available if requested. Casa Galletta is the ideal place for the family who want a taste of the sea and sun or just a romantic getaway, leaving the hustle and bustle of the busy world behind. We can also arrange your transportation on arrival; your villa is a short taxi ride by small golf cart from the port. There are no cars to be found on Stromboli, Casa Galletta is a short walk to internet cafés and the village centre is an easy 10 minute stroll. A variety of restaurants can be found throughout the island or you can prepare a meal at home with fresh local produce in a modern kitchen. Casa Galletta is an ideal base for 'island hopping' or chose just to relax and swim in the sea on a beach with fine black volcanic sand; or be as adventurous taking a trek to the top of this active volcano.
Carolina Barnao, your host, will meet you at an arranged time to welcome you and provide house keys. She will ensure you have whatever you need for your stay. Contact details will be provided in the information package once your booking is confirmed and you will be sent a short questionnaire to ensure we cater for your requirements.
Read a book, take in a sunset, scuba dive in crystal clear waters, climb the volcano, take a boat ride around the island, be serenaded by the rumble of the volcano or simply enjoy the hospitality of the local people. There are multiple places to eat, spectacular views and an old world charm that simplifies life.
