The detached villa is in a fantastic location with large terraces facing the sea and overlooking a creek below the house, with access to the sea by a private staircase. The villa is quiet and secluded and is resting in a beautiful bay in Porto Tricase, about 24 km from Otranto, 9 km from Santa Maria di Leuca, 38 km from Gallipoli. The villa is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean vegetation in one of the most beautiful areas of Puglia in the National Park of Otranto-Santa Maria di Leuca coast. The villa is for four guests, with good facilities: a large living room overlooking the sea and the bay, a beautiful seafront terrace with gazebo, outdoor tables, chairs and hammocks for relaxing, two bedrooms, a bathroom. Including the use of the villa: WI FI, HI FI, satellite TV, air conditioning, barbeque, washing machine, linens and towels. At 900 meters, in Porto Tricase there are lounge bar and restaurants, the port where you can rent boats, a small sandy beach. At 900 meters there are natural pools Marina Serra Tricase, the Saracen Tower, the Aqua Viva pool with natural fresh source. nightlife 4 km to Ciolo Bridge, is the beautiful disco Jibo ', 9 Km in Santa Cesarea Terme .
