My parents live in the apartment downstairs and are at your disposal, ready to welcome you and give you all the directions to enjoy your stay to the fullest. We look forward to seeing you

Casa Guardi is a large apartment of about 120 square meters located on the first and last floor, which is accessed by a staircase leading to a terrace with table and benches. Overlooking the beautiful and immense Tuscan nature, it is composed as follows: large and bright living room with living area with fireplace and panoramic window, dining area, small independent kitchen, hallway leading to two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and window, one of them equipped with washing machine, another small single bedroom, all very bright. Outside you can enjoy a dedicated area, with solarium and an extraordinary and unique panoramic view, which allows you to fully enjoy the nature and tranquility of the Tuscan countryside. The apartment is equipped with parking. Rates include: consumption of electricity, water and gas, first supply of towels and bed linen, final cleaning.

Casa Guardi is nestled in the tranquil nature of the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by greenery. Despite this, it is located 15 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of the Etruscan Coast. The apartment is about a 5-minute drive from Guardistallo, a small village that offers many services, festivals, celebrations and events in a very quiet and relaxing place. A few more minutes by car is the charming and famous village of Casale Marittimo. A few minutes away, we can find many typical Tuscan restaurants, where you can taste the traditional food and wine delicacies of our region. Only 20 minutes by car is Bolgheri, renowned mainly for its wines that are among the most famous and appreciated in Tuscany and beyond. The Cavallino Matto amusement park is 27 km from the property.
