Renovated in December 2024, the apartment is bright and modern, able to accommodate a family with a maximum of 2 children or a group of a maximum of 3 adults who want to spend a memorable holiday by the sea, in the authentic Sicilian atmosphere, picturesque regardless of the season. The property is located in Taormina - the lower part, about 800 m from the beach of Giardini Naxos, with numerous free or paid parking lots in the immediate vicinity, bus stops and immediate access to the Catania - Messina highway.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in a private residential complex with 3 boutique blocks, very quiet and civilized, with a superb view of an orange and lemon garden. It has a terrace with a splendid view to the Etna volcano - on the left and to the impressive Taormina - on the right.
