We are located in a beautiful pine forest, a path in less than 300 meters leads to the free beach, sandy and kilometer... our house is pet friendly in nature and relax! Ideal for couples and families, up to a maximum of 5 people. The house is a semi-detached on one ground floor and has 2 separate apartments, each with separate entrances and garden. The outdoor spaces (garden) between the two properties are divided by fences, but can become communicating since they have 2 practical gates. Casa Kia has a FREE reserved parking space at the end of Via Asparagi. Casa Kia is located in front of you, on the hill at the bottom of the pedestrian walkway, passing the wooden gate. This year’s novelty is : the SECOND BEDROOM. (measures bed 160x190cm -- measures sofa bed 140x195cm). In the kitchen/living room you will find a single sofa bed 70x195cm. Pillows with different textures are available. The kitchen is equipped and complete , from dishes to appliances. Bathroom with sink, bidet, shower and washing machine. Each room has air conditioning for the summer and heating for the winter. Complete the package with FREE WI-FI, a cot (if required and available), Smart TV, and... Beach umbrellas. Garden A large wooden pergola, on the front of the house allows you to make the most of the livability of the outdoor space, as well as on the back of the house, thanks to a PATIO in masonry. All surrounded by a large green lawn and tall trees. On the back of the house, a practical washbasin and a functional wooden outdoor shower cabin, lava feet fountain. On the roof terrace the SOLARIUM , intimate and reserved space with a view of the Gulf of Asinara.

Our house is PET FRIENDLY so all fenced, in our property, in addition to the green lawn, for our 4-legged friends, we dedicated a GROVE area to run around in freedom and security. PET friends are welcome, but in respect of the house and guests it needs extra care and attention. To ensure maximum hygiene, owners are required to provide personal bowls and kennels. No animals allowed to stay alone in the house or garden. Animal supervision is necessary to avoid damage and disturbance. For final cleaning an extra charge is required.

The house is inside a village, within the Pinewood of San Pietro a Mare, in the municipality of Valledoria (Sassari), on the north coast of Sardinia, in a quiet area about 300 meters from the beach. A few steps from the house, for the more sporty, a tennis court surrounded by greenery. And in the area of the landing stage there are proposals for various activities, water and not. The village centre is 1.5km away, either by car or by foot. There is also a shuttle service from June to September. Nearby there are supermarkets and grocery stores. Valledoria offers everything you need. Within the pine forest a few steps from the house, there is tennis and not far from the golf course, in the pine forest you can practice trekking and sports of various kinds. A few steps away, on the beach, at the mouth of the Coghinas there is the pier and a world of activities to discover, canoeing, kayaking, birdwatching, windsurfing, surfing, kitesurfing, hiking and sailing school.
