Casa La Montiva is a bright flat of 60 sqm completely renovated, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, living area. Located on the first floor with a beautiful balcony where you can enjoy the wonderful view of Lake Como ! We can accommodate 5 guests (4 + baby 0-2 years old in double room) Each room is equipped with 40‘’ Hisense Smart Tv (fibre optic cable connection) - free wifi - The living area has a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the balcony where you can enjoy moments of relaxation while enjoying a wonderful lake view. - 2 bedrooms: one with single beds, one with double bed with the possibility of adding a cot for children aged 0-2 years on request free of charge - Bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower cubicle washbasin toilet and bidet, towels provided for each guest - Laundry room with washing machine and cleaning products - Free parking about 20 m from the house - Booking check-in allowed from 20 years of age - Tourist tax to be paid on arrival excluding children under 14 years of age. - Deposit to be paid on arrival. Rest hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Musso is a quiet village with a beautiful and convenient lake promenade that connects it to the neighbouring villages of Dongo, Pianello del Lario and Cremia. In Musso you will find a well-stocked small grocery and haberdashery for your purchases, a pharmacy, a bank and a bar. In the neighbouring villages, just a few minutes by car or simply walking, you can find bars, restaurants, pizzerias and supermarkets, e-bike rental, free beaches and beaches with bar service.
