Casa Leima is a comfortable studio apartment located a few hundred meters outside the center of the town of Gera Lario, directly on the promenade that runs along the lake. Outside the apartment, right in front of the lake, we find a large shared green area, where you can bring your deckchairs and enjoy the view in complete relax. From this garden you can directly access the promenade that runs along the lakefront! Less than 1000 meters away you will find all the services you will need during your stay in Gravedona (bars, restaurants, grocery store, pier). The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, refrigerator, sink, toaster, kettle, pots, pans and kitchen utensils. You will obviously also find plates, glasses and cutlery for all guests. To complete the studio apartment we find a double sofa bed. Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary bed linen and towels for the bathroom. The apartment is on the ground flooor.
