Casa Lighea Mondello is an apartment completely renovated and finished with quality materials in 2020. It is located 200 meters from the Mondello beach and its crystalline sea, only two minutes walking in the tree-lined Viale delle Sirene, between gardens and Art Nouveau buildings. The apartment consists of four private rooms that are rented individually with the signing of a short lease contract, each with a private bathroom, and common areas: a living room, a kitchen and a terrace. According to Italian law, the short rental of a private room does not allow the provision of additional services, therefore breakfast will not be provided. The spacious terrace is furnished with tables, chairs and deck chairs to relax listening to the sound of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a microwave, an espresso machine and a kettle. The use of the shared kitchen is allowed for the preparation of quick and simple meals. The living room, finely furnished, lends itself to be a reading and a relax area.

Mondello is a seaside village characterized by the presence of a white sand beach and an emerald sea. It is located a few kilometers from the historic center of Palermo and its world-famous artistic and monumental beauties. Casa Lighea is located in the Valdesi area, between gardens and Liberty villas, and just a 2-minute walk from the beach, only 200 meters In the immediate vicinity there are: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy, market, tobacconist, newsagent, bookshop, post office, banks with ATMs and public transport stops. We will explain it better to you in person
