Property information

House with pool nestled in the green Mediterranean scrubland overlooking the Gulf of Alghero. Perfect for couples and families, the house includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room with a kitchen. Outside, guests can relax under the veranda and prepare a barbecue after a swim in the pool. The house is nestled in the peace of the countryside just 7 minutes from the center of Alghero. The outdoor pool (8x4) overlooks the gulf and offers a beautiful view, especially at sunset. It is equipped with sunbeds and an umbrella with an outdoor shower. After a day at the beach or pool, guests can relax under the veranda on rocking chairs or hammocks and have an aperitif at sunset. The house also has a barbecue station (gas and wood), a countertop, and an outdoor sink. Check-in time is between 16:00 and 21:00. And that will be subject to an appointment being made with the receptionist. Late check-in beyond this time is not permitted. CRIB: EUR 30,00 Per stay (upon request). SECURITY DEPOSIT: EUR 200,00 (required)
