The apartment is a three-room apartment on the ground floor and consists of a kitchen/living room, a bedroom, a living room with 2 sofas, one of which has a double bed, a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, and a connected laundry room equipped with a washing machine and iron and ironing board, in which there is also a bathtub. it is possible to add a 5th folding bed. The flat has a tavern connected internally by a spiral staircase, which is currently closed for modernisation work, and a small outdoor garden which will be equipped as a relaxation area in the summer, as well as a gas bbq. At the accommodation's disposal 1 bicycle with basket.
The area is close to the historic centre, 5/10 m on foot and one km away connected by bicycle path. There are municipal e-bikes available for hire 500 m away. The area is close to bars and various shops including 3 supermarkets and has several free parking possibilities in the area. It is located near the ASTI-EST motorway exit. It is also convenient for those arriving from the railway station, which is about 15 m away on foot. A shuttle service to the station is available upon request.
