Graziosa villetta immersa nel verde a 2 km dalla spiaggia di Portixeddu, con circa 1500 mq di giardino, composta da 2 appartamenti indipendenti, uno situato al piano terreno (per 4 persone) a l'altro al primo piano (per 4 persone).
Entrambi gli appartamenti sono composti da cucina, soggiorno dotato di letto a castello, camera da letto matrimoniale, bagno e ampi terrazzi ove poter trascorrere piacevoli serate sotto un cielo stellato.
