It is about 500 meters from the lake, so you can reach the lakefront on foot in less than 5 minutes. Shared with the other two apartments, you have a garden with outdoor table with gazebo, hot tub and barbecue. The apartment on the first floor also has a balcony with lake view, dining table and awning for exclusive use. There is air conditioning in every room of the house. Within a radius of about 500 meters you can find all the services you need (supermarket, bar, restaurants, pharmacy). You can choose whether to live your holiday always on the go to discover every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or alternate it with days of complete relax, sunbathing in the garden or enjoying an aperitif outdoors in company! The house overlooks a secondary road, with very little traffic and therefore not noisy.
