Appartamento ampio, luminoso, silenzioso. Dotato di aria condizionata e tv satellitare nelle camere, ventilatore in cucina e wifi gratuito.Adatto a giovani coppie,gruppi di amici o famiglie.La Casa di Dolly (Citra 011015-LT-1351) ha le finestre e il balcone verso l'interno,quindi ha la vista esclusiva sul verde delle colline,da cui partono tutti i sentieri per l'Alta Via dei Monti Liguri e delle Cinque Terre,per chi volesse fare trekking.In stile marinaresco e shabby chic,al quarto piano di un edificio storico, senza ascensore, ma con scale agevoli,è situato in una zona tranquilla della città.Ideale per visitare le Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, Sarzana ed altre destinazioni della Liguria e della Toscana,con il treno, il bus o con il traghetto.Ad 1 minuto a piedi dalla Casa di Dolly,la fermata del bus Caran,linea 3,per la stazione,il centro e l'imbarco traghetti.5 minuti di bus o 15 minuti a piedi per arrivare alla stazione della Spezia,da dove partono i treni per i 5 meravigliosi borghi.7 minuti di bus o 20 minuti a piedi per arrivare alle fermate dei bus per Lerici, Portovenere e Sarzana.10 minuti di bus o 30 minuti a piedi attraverso il centro,per arrivare ai traghetti.
