Bright three-room apartment a few steps from the beach. Air conditioning, parking space, wi-fi. The modern furnishings give the house a sober and youthful atmosphere, all the rooms enjoy beautiful light. The living area consists of an airy living room with dining room, a relaxation area with sofa bed and a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds, both equipped with air conditioning. To complete the house, a spacious veranda furnished for outdoor lunches and dinners. Casa Mariposa is located a few steps from the beach and close to all services.

Neighbourhood information

The Maria Pia neighborhood is equipped with all services, in the immediate vicinity there are: a super market, several bars, restaurants, the hospital, a basketball court, the municipal swimming pool and a children's park. Maria Pia beach, composed of white sand and crystal clear sea, is located a few minutes walk from the apartment.
