Casa Matilda opened in August 2016. In its refurbishment we decided to keep the exposed brick, a typical feature of the old houses by the sea in Porto Sant’Elpidio. Modern technology helped us increase the level of comfort of the building. Our holiday home consists of double/twin rooms with ensuite bathrooms, parquet flooring, furnished balconies, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, flat-screen TVs and safes. Guests can help themselves to coffee, tea, fruit juices, yogurt, jam, chocolate, rusks, different types of packaged snacks, as well as mineral water. You can have a coffee, a tea and use what is available in the kitchen at any time of the day. The communal kitchen is well-equipped with an espresso machine, a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge. You can use it also to prepare all your meals, sharing it with other guests.
In the summer you can enjoy a beach service at a private beach establishment 100m from the house, with direct booking and good prices.
