Casa Mayra si trova in una zona molto bella perche' poco antropizzata ed immersa nelle verdeggianti colline marchigiane, da anni meta di "buen retiro" per tanti turisti italiani e stranieri. Percorrendo 450 metri lungo una strada carrabile si raggiunge direttamente una tra le piu' belle spiagge naturali dell'Adriatico.
