We are a small family business (property management in the name and on behalf of the owner) in the central-western part of the island of Sardinia: a beautiful and unspoilt coast, rich in culture and traditions, where to find peace, relax and enjoy authentic experiences through a selection of holiday homes a few steps from the sea.

Situated in Sa Rocca Tunda, Villa Gianni will win you over with its rustic furniture and its spacious outdoor area. On the first floor, three bedrooms: one double bedroom, one single bedroom with second extractable bed, one bunk bedroom plus one bathroom. On the ground floor, a large living room with TV, kitchen and one bathroom. This property includes WI-FI, washing machine, air conditioning and mosquito nets. The outdoor space features a dining table and two seating areas, large barbecue and outdoor shower. Villa Gianni is located just 1-min walk from the beach. Coming by car or renting a car is highly recommended to reach this property and to get around. Free street parking is available by the property. If you need a taxi, we can book this for you, from/to the airport and also during your stay. Our check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00. If you wish to check in earlier, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Late check-ins, from 21:00 to 24:00, are possible prior approval, but may be subject to an extra charge.

Sa Rocca Tunda is ideal for those seeking relaxation and tranquillity away from the chaos of the most crowded holiday resorts. Large spaces and shallow waters make it suitable for families with children. Sa Rocca Tunda extends at the foot of the Capo Mannu promontory, in the northern part of the Sinis peninsula, next to a small village of houses and dirt roads in the San Vero Milis area. The beach, about one kilometres long, is part of the Sinis marine protected area and it's bathed by a turquoise sea. You can contemplate this panorama by staying at our Villa Gianni.
