Casa Ortobene is a comfortable apartment located in a very quiet residential area, located on the first and last floor, equipped with many comforts such as: air conditioning, a comfortable terrace with a breathtaking view, coffee machine, kettle and whirpool tub. The apartment consists of a living room with open kitchenette, equipped with a water purifier so as not to have to buy it and always have unlimited drinking water, a hob with electric plates and a small electric oven. The living room offers a beautiful view of Mount Ortobene, from which it is possible to go out onto the terrace and enjoy the view across the valley below. The bedroom is large and well furnished, with built-in wardrobe and a private balcony overlooking the hill. The bathroom is well stocked and equipped with a whirlpool tub. The amenities are completed by a small library from which you can read a book while sipping a good glass of red wine comfortably seated on the terrace. Free street parking always available. Holiday home Ortobene Arte hosts art exhibitions regularly. The works of the artist mix , inside the house, with the works of other contemporary artists. The goal of Casa vacanze Arte is to propose well-known local artists and yet unknown artists. Other things to know: - In order to access the house, you will need to check-in online. Guests must upload their identity documents and sign the short lease agreement as required by Italian law. - In all Sweet Home Sardinia homes we are committed to make a proper separate collection. It will be mandatory to follow the instructions that will be sent at the beginning of the stay. The correct sorting and disposal of waste is the responsibility of the guests. - Unidentified persons are not allowed to enter the house.

Neighbourhood information

Excellent as a starting point for exploring the wonders of Barbagia, such as Monte Ortobene, the museums of Nuoro or the Gulf of Orosei about 40 minutes away by car.
