Property information

Il Quadrifoglio is a bright and cozy two-room apartment with a breathtaking 360-degree view of the Monte Rosa ski area. Located in a strategic area, a 3-minute walk from the ski slopes and the Wellness Zone (swimming pool, sauna, gym, etc.). and a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Gressoney. Space for guests: The flat consists of The living room, the heart of the flat, is very bright and with its matching colors represents a modern style. There is also a table where you can spend a convivial moment sharing lunch or dinner with friends, a comfortable sofa where you can relax, and a Smart TV with Netflix, AMZ Prime, Spotify, etc... We can access the terrace from the living room where we can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Monte Rosa ski area and the Weissmatten ski slopes. The fully equipped kitchen for preparing your own meals is located at the entrance next to the living room. It is equipped with every comfort and all the necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. On the upper floor, we can enjoy a totally mountainous ambiance thanks to the fully-tiled walls, and we can also find 2 single beds above with an independent bathroom with a new shower cubicle next to it, and a bedroom with another 2 single beds. The building boasts a residential car park with a free parking space reserved for guests.

The area where the flat is located is very strategic, only 3 minutes walk from the ski lifts and the Wellness Zone (SportHouse) and 10 minutes walk from the historic center of Gressoney, with bars, restaurants, ATMs, markets, and small shops.
