Guests can enjoy a convenient private parking space inside the courtyard, a highly appreciated feature for those traveling by car. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning/heating, free Wi-Fi, and a washing machine, making it perfect for both short stays and longer holidays.

Casa Raffaela is located in a quiet and well-served neighborhood: the nearest supermarket is just 50 meters away, along with cafés and convenience stores. Guests can easily walk around for daily needs. To visit Modica’s UNESCO-listed historic center, using a car is recommended, but walking enthusiasts can also reach it on foot by crossing the charming ancient district of Modica Alta, with its characteristic alleys and panoramic views. The strategic location makes the apartment an excellent base to explore not only Modica but also the other gems of the Val di Noto such as Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, and Noto.
