Casa Ramal represents a typical expression of an original Sicilian residence. Ramal, in Arabic meaning: sand, evokes the colors of the desert, like the warm feeling that this home transmits with its warm and intense colors.

Here you will find multiple platforms on the sea, the right place for sunbathing and a nice swim in the crystal waters. Piazza Duomo a few steps away, Ortigia’s popular street market 300 meters away and just 350 meters away from the touristic marina port which provides a magical atmosphere; demonstrating yacht and sailing boats from all over the world. The marina is a great place to enjoy stunning sunsets and calm walks by the water between bars, restaurants and ice-cream shops. Ortigia, an Unesco heritage site, was easily transformed to natural fortress with harbors being large enough to hold a significant population in ancient times. Therefore, the history of Ortigia is synonymous with the early history of Syracuse. Walking around Ortigia allows visitors to witness the mixed architectural styles of its many buildings. The Sicilian Baroque and Hebrew styles captivates elements that date back to the Medieval and Renaissance period.
