The house is brand new. It is located in a small and quiet countryside road. From the road guests can access the private parking which is protected by an electric gate. The entrance of the house is covered by a big terrace with a table and a sofa, perfect to spend the summer evenings with family and friends. The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. On the opposite side of the kitchen there is a living room with tv and a sofa bed (which can host additional 2 people). Between the house and the parking there is a small depot with washing-machine and fast charge column for electric cars. It also has a toilet and an open air shower, where you can wash after a day at the beach. In addition, in the garden guests can find a barbecue and a table under a second terrace, which is covered with a beautiful wisteria. The house is located next to the urbanization of Polveroni, where guests can find a food shop, a bar, and a restaurant specializing in fresh fish. The closest supermarket is the Conad in Vada, which is 3 minutes away by car. In Vada is possible to find any kind of shops and a place for bike rental. By bike you can reach the beach from the house in 7 minutes (2km).
