Casa Rodella is located in Perugia, Viale San Sisto 43a. The property has been recently renovated, and offers a shared lounge equipped with a coffee maker, kettle and fridge. The kitchen cannot be used for cooking, but you will have access to a microwave oven, toaster, tea kettle, coffee machine, and refrigerator. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom, hairdryer, wardrobe, desk, flat-screen smart TV and Wi-Fi connection. As for PARKING, you can use the public car park of the municipal library 200 meters away. Casa Rodella is located 6km from the center of Perugia, 1km from the Casa del Cioccolato Perugina, 900 meters from the Santa Maria della Misericordia hospital, and 600 meters from the highway exit. Near the structure there are pizzerias, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets. In front of the structure there is the bus stop.
