Enjoy an authentic Tuscan experience at this centrally-located recently renovated apartment. The apartment has all new flooring, new insulated windows, mosquito nets, new appliances, and newer mattresses. We keep the place extremely clean and there have been no pets or smoking in the home. It has a communal court yard and balcony where you can enjoy the outdoors as well. Located 2 minutes by foot to bars, restaurants, bank, hotel, post office, grocery store, bakery and bus stop. During the summer you will be upfront and center to all of the village activities, summer markets, community swimming pool, concerts, live music and much more. Chianni is an amazing active village, well centered to all Tuscan attractions.
My husband and I recently retired. We love to travel exploring other countries, languages, and food. I am very intrigued and curious of other cultures. We are both non smokers, very clean individuals that hope to provide you with an amazing stay during your holiday. We are foodies and I love cooking and baking. Meeting people from different nationalities opens up your world for more exciting experiences and memories. Our goal is to make your stay as perfect as possible and we looking forward to meeting you!
Very walkable village with multiple excellent restaurants, grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, general store, bars, bus service, gas station, electric car charging station, flower shop, and other stores for shopping all at your doorstep. Chianni also has a community swimming pool that is open during the summer. Bus service can take you to Pontedera where you can access the train to Pisa, Florence, and all of the other major cities if vacationing without a car.
