Casa Rossa is divided into two apartments that can be rented together or separately. The House has got reserved parking spaces located about 90 meters away. The appartments have no garden or balcony. From Monday to Saturday, the municipal bus shuttle is available to reach the center of Bardolino. In 2025, a construction of private houses is taking place at the back of the home on the opposite side of the courtyard. Therefore, during the day, it is possible to hear some noises. Casa Rossa 1 is located on the first floor and consists of a large living area with exposed beams with a fully equipped kitchenette double sofa bed, Sat-TV, wifi. Large double bedroom with spacious wardrobe. Bathroom with window, shower box and useful hairdryer. Casa Rossa 2 is located on the second floor and consists of a living area with exposed beams with fully equipped kitchenette, double sofa bed, Sat-TV, wifi. Spacious double bedroom with large wardrobe, second bedroom with two single beds (that can be joined together), small wardrobe. Bathroom with window, shower box and useful hairdryer. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. All rooms have got airconditioning. The apartments overlooks the vineyards and the Garda hills offering an enchanting view. Pets not allowed. Non smoking apartment. The total price consists of: - RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner, in whose name and on whose behalf Regarda acts - SERVICES TO THE GUEST (check-in, check-out, bed linen, towels, courtesy line, on-site assistance, professional cleaning, reservation management, commission paid by the host to the portal, correspondence etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant.
