Property information

Contact us in advance for parking. The apartment Casa Rosy is located in the heart of Como, in a pedestrian-only area. It is located on the fifth floor with a lift, from the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Como Cathedral. You will have a living room with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen with a terrace, a double bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower. A cot is available for small guests.

Neighbourhood information

The Casa Rosy apartment is in the historic center in a limited traffic area. If you arrive by car, you can park 200-350 meters away, outside the walls (Viale Lecco) or in the Autosilo Valduce, for a fee. If you prefer, we will give you the address of a garage for a closer parking lot, 200 meters away, contact us as soon as possible, spaces are limited. The area is wonderful, in the heart of the historic center, in front of the cathedral, 150 meters from the lakeside and the ferry terminals, 500 meters from the funicular. Walking on foot you can visit the historic center, explore the ancient streets of the city with its boutiques for shopping, monuments and the new lakeside.
