For any question our guests can come to our main house, Casa "SANDRA", that is in the centre of Torbole at the beginning of the main beach, about 3-4 minutes on foot away from the Casa "Alla Spiaggia". Otherwise in a moment if necessary we can visit the guest and offer our help. The Casa Sandra Bertolini "Alla Spiaggia" is within our "Prato al Lago": a private area of about 3000 square meters with direct access to the beach, park place, shower, toilet, storehouse for windsurfing and sailing material, parking for boat trailers and mountain bikes depot. The use of the facility "Prato al Lago" is reserved to the Guests of all our houses.

BEACHFRONT HOUSE The Casa Sandra Bertolini "Alla Spiaggia" is an independent building surrounded by the green of our "Prato al Lago", in a quiet zone outside the Centre. It has park place, depot for surf/bikes and beach direct access. It can accomodate 2 to 4 people. CIPAT 022124-AT-051927

Neighbourhood information

Coming from SS 240 just crossed the entrance gate you feel immediately "on holiday". This house is an ideal place to practice water sports: swimming, windsurfing, canoeing but also to relax yourselves in the sun or in the shade of the trees. Many bike paths and some of the most beautiful mountain bike trails of Garda Lake North Area are reachable directly from the house: the path along the river Sarca is located a few meters away from the entrance gate. Directly on foot you can also visit the trails of the incredible Monte Baldo or of the Monte Brione Biotope. The Circolo Surf Torbole, the major windsurfing schools, but also the Circolo Vela Torbole and the Circolo Vela Arco are within a walking distance. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets are just few steps away from the house.
