The house offers access to a shared pool and its garden, located on top of a hill which in turn offers a breathtaking panoramic view. This is a renovated and modernised apartment at the end of 2024 located on the second floor in a quiet place, equipped with a full and equipped kitchen, air-conditioned for the summer and heated for the winter, TV and private property parking space in the garage.

The apartment is located far from the urban chaos but you can easily reach the city centre on foot (with a dirt road), by bus or by car. It is located on a hill at the foot of a mountain and is part of two complexes of purely touristy apartments. A few minutes away there are cycling and trekking trails for sports lovers.
