Casa Segantini 2.0 is an apartment renovated and modernized at the end of 2024 located on the second floor in a quiet building, equipped with a complete and equipped kitchen, air conditioned for the summer and heated for the winter, TV, washing machine, Internet connection Wi-Fi, Private parking space both external and internal in a garage with cellar and two private balconies. A few minutes from the historic center of Arco and the main supermarkets and shops. One pet is allowed.
Welcome everyone! My name is Daniel, I have gained experience in the hotel sector first as a maintenance worker and then as an apartment manager, and now I have decided to invest time and money to be able to guarantee assistance and comfort to my guests at any time of their stay! I admire and appreciate everything about nature, I strongly believe in its therapeutic power and that there is always something to learn. The apartment is located in an extremely quiet neighborhood, just outside the historic center (easily reachable on foot) but close to two industrial complexes with supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, bar, 24-hour gym and more. Close to the mountain and a few minutes from the lake, it offers unique excursions in the area dedicated to all ages.
