Casa Simon è un’antica dimora del centro storico di Lanciano, da poco ristrutturata e dotata di tutti i comfort. I due appartamenti che la compongono permettono agli ospiti di vivere un soggiorno tranquillo, comodo e autentico, proprio come a casa propria. Ogni appartamento è dotato di una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno privato e un soggiorno con divano letto e cucina.
Siamo due fratelli, Gianluca e Emanuele, abbiamo sempre amato la nostra città e cercavamo un modo per poterla valorizzare e avvicinare ai turisti. Abbiamo ristrutturato questa antica casa con amore e raffinatezza per far sentire i nostri ospiti “a casa”. Ci piace molto viaggiare, conoscere nuove culture e fare esperienze autentiche a contatto con le persone del posto. Per questo crediamo che trascorrere del tempo tra queste stradine sia un’esperienza autentica che permette di assaporare il bello della vita quotidiana della nostra città. Siamo appassionati del nostro territorio e ci piace poter condividere con i nostri ospiti il bello che Lanciano e l’Abruzzo sanno offrire. Qui troverete un sorriso pronto ad accogliervi, un consiglio prezioso su cosa visitare e su qualche piatto tipico da gustare!
Casa Simon sorge all’interno del quartiere storico lancianese “La Sacca”, antiche case in mattoni, vicoli colorati e chiese medievali caratterizzano tutta la zona, accogliendo il viaggiatore in un ambiente silenzioso, appartato e suggestivo. A pochi passi dalla struttura è possibile trovare i più importanti luoghi d’interesse della città, il centro storico e la zona nuova con ristoranti, negozi per lo shopping e bar. Nei dintorni sono presenti tutti i servizi di cui si ha bisogno come farmacie, supermercati, tabacchi e negozi. Da Lanciano è possibile spostarsi anche verso l’entroterra montano, raggiungendo con un’ora di macchina la Majella. Con pochissimo tempo (15 minuti di macchina) inoltre, si può arrivare sulla Costa dei Trabocchi che offre tutti i servizi per i bagnanti, locali dove mangiare in riva al mare e la nuova pista ciclabile percorribile a piedi, in bici o in monopattino.
