Two semi-detached houses at 450 meters from the sea, within walking distance, in Cinquale, a few steps from Forte dei Marmi. The villas are newly built using quality materials. These are two-family portions that can be joined together with a gate in the garden if necessary. Each unit has a private garden of about 50-70 sqm with parking space behind an automatic gate. Coverable terrace with outdoor sofas and another outdoor dining area. Garden shower. The villas have Air Conditioning and WiFi Internet.
