The kitchen-living room is spacious and equipped with a dining table, refrigerator, oven, and a comfortable sofa bed (one and a half size), ideal for hosting an additional family member or friend. The double bedroom is cozy and bright, providing the perfect retreat after a day spent at the beach. The second bedroom has three single beds, making it perfect for children or groups of friends. The bathroom is large and functional, with a modern shower box, washing machine, and everything you need for your comfort. Every room in the house is air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant environment even on the hottest days. Outside, two terraces allow you to enjoy meals al fresco.
