Our company has been active since 2020 and consists of two types of apartments. I decided to create this business to offer guests a pleasant stay in my city, making them feel at home. Customers have the opportunity to learn about our traditions and discover the scenic, culinary and artistic beauties of Campania (Excavations of Pompeii, Vesuvius, Naples, Sorrento, the Amalfi coast, etc ...). Staff available 24h/24h. I live near the property.

Property information

Casa Teresinella Garden is located in a historic 20th century building in Torre Annunziata, italian town in the metropolitan city of Naples. The apartment have free Wi-Fi and boasts a bedroom, two bathrooms, one on the upper floor and the other on the lower floor, a living room and a kitchen-living room which leads to the terrace communicating with the garden. The bedroom has two wardrobes, TV and air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the garden. The apartment is carefully furnished in a vintage chic style. The property offers complete courtesy set, hairdryer and linen. Our guests will be greeted with a welcome drink. Staff available throughout the stay. Furthermore, in the apartment, there are brochures and guides on Torre Ann.ta, Pompeii, Naples, Vesuvius, the Royal Palace of Caserta, Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. Contact us to book museums, a restaurant or a theatre, organize a transfer. On request it is possible to organize tastings of typical local products in our splendid garden and it is possible to organize boat tours to visit the island of Capri, Positano and all the beauties of the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment, although located in the center, is very quiet, a few steps from the sea and from our trusted restaurant Casa Caponi, recognized by the Verace Pizza Napoletana association. It is also just a few meters from the Tracase (Circumvesuviana) station stop which allows you to travel both towards Naples and towards Sorrento.
