It has a favorable climate, especially during the summer season. There is the possibility of using kitchen, three bathrooms and a wood stove. There are heating system, TVs, a radio, several chairs and a table to use in the garden. Large open space that also allows you to bring pets with them.

It is located within the Parco Delle Madonie, in a central part of Sicily, enjoying a prime location and complete relaxation, for couples and families, but also groups of friends. You can easily reach all the important places of artistic, cultural and historical values of all Sicily: the towns of the Park, which Petralia Sottana and Soprana, Polizzi Generosa, Castellana Sicula, Gangi, Geraci Siculo. Maritime locations such as Campofelice and Cefalù, are within half an hour of time
