The CHALET Collalto property is located in Castellana in the green hills of the municipality of Pianella. The property offers an outdoor garden, swimming pool, barbecue, free wi-fi, Prime Video, air conditioning, mosquito nets, private covered parking. Private garden perfect for yoga and meditation. Located 8 km from Chieti and 11 from Pescara, Casa Vacanza Collalto is a beautiful Chalet overlooking the Maiella and Gran Sasso. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in the internal and external areas of the chalet. External areas under video surveillance. ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT DECLARED AT THE BOOKING STAGE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER THE CHALET. The chalet includes a living room with sofa bed, flat-screen TV, well-equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 large double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds. All rooms overlook a terrace overlooking the garden to enjoy the tranquility of the area. We are a Bike-Friendly structure with private and alarmed garage, external washing and the possibility of a guide on request for bike excursions and guided tours. The swimming pool is open during the summer season (the times will be communicated during the booking phase) and is surrounded by a lush garden and an impeccable solarium.
