The holiday house, is situated on the coast of S. Maria del Focallo ( the seaside resort of the town of Ispica, in the province of Ragusa) at only 4 km away from the centre of the town of Pozzallo. The holiday home is a nice and cosy independent cottage, only 30 metres from the sandy beach, that you can reach by the door from the garden. The cottage is made up of two double bedroom , one bedroom with kingsize and one bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with a shower , a large kitchen – living room , and, outside , a large veranda for your relax , a garden and also a garage for your car. It is an ideal holiday for two couples or a family that prefers privacy , peace and relax, if you enjoy a holiday at the sea, barbecues and relaxing moments without renuncing to wonderful cultural excursions nearby, such as “Cava d’Ispica”, the baroque churches of Ispica , the archeological area of “Parco Forza” and other interesting cultural tours.

Pozzallo in Sicily, the only maritime town in the Province of Ragusa, is the second Italian town where the sun shines with greater intensity and for several days during all the year, it is taken from ENEA Sources.
