After a couple of years we dedicated to renovation of the property and training to increase our professionality in hospitality issue... now we are back! We are ready to host you and to offer you a taste of authentic Sicily! I like travelling, listening to music. I love Sicily because it is full of the sun energy, colorful and rich in traditions, nature, culture and has incredibly tasty food!

The advantage of our structure is its tranquillity, seclusion and contact with nature, far away from hustle-and-bustle. If you want to both relax and meet a little of the authentic Sicily, we remind you that we love tradition (with a group of friends/guests, we made ricotta cheese in a large pot, with the traditional recipe, we made focaccia in a wooden oven) and wellness, in fact we have a small allotment, totally natural and dedicated to aromatic herbs. There is also a walk of about 1.5 km where you can admire the panorama and gather wild herbs (pennyroyal, oregano, etc.), sometimes we accompany the guests and drop them off back home. We are also setting up an association which deals with ayurveda, yoga etc. (probably massages, courses of ayurvedica cooking, and so on, will be available).

FRom the top of the hill, were "Al Conservatore" is located, the view runs from Caltagirone to the Gulf of Gela, through Modica (15 km), Scicli, Chiaramnonte Gulfi, Comiso and other pearls of the Iblean Baroque. From here the duel carriageway (2 km) can easily be reached, so other beautiful cities can be visited, such as Agrigento (140 km), Catania (100 km), Syracuse (80 km), Taormina (150 km). If you prefer the beach, the blue sea and fishing villages on the coast, these are just 25 km away. We are in contact with the other operators in the area to provide information related to all those activities that can make your stay an experience to remember! In addition to our support and our reception you will also find information material, for example: – Where to eat – Transport – Hire cars / bikes / boats – Excursions and tours – Nearby stables, tennis courts, bike paths and places where other sports can be practised – Visits to wineries and local producers (sometimes they even come to us to let guests know about their products and to teach their craft)
